This one is incredibly rare ! Same skirt was seen the runway of the Spring Summer 1999 collection. Maxi mermaid cut with divine quality of silk material & iconic "flower blossom" print. Stretchy fabric & signed golden Swarovski crystal piercing on front. Impossible to find.
